Good sympathy flowers, but delivery was slow!

The Sympathy Flower Stand was beautiful and well-received, but tracking my order was impossible and it arrived late.

Quick, easy, good flowers

Needed a 'get well soon flowers' arrangement. Ordered online. Arrived same day. Flowers were fresh. Recipient was happy. No issues. Will use again.

Fantastic graduation bouquet!

Oh my goodness, I just had to share how amazing my experience was! I ordered a 'sunflower bouquet' for my sister's graduation, and it was absolutely perfect. The colors were so bright, and the flowers were so fresh. It made her day extra special. The delivery was super fast, even to a slightly remote area. I will absolutely, without a doubt, be shopping here again for all my flower needs! You guys are awesome!

Good value, minor delivery hiccup

I purchased an 'orchid arrangement' for an anniversary. The overall quality of the flowers was excellent, and they lasted a long time, which was impressive for the price. The website was mostly user-friendly, although finding the specific delivery time slot options wasn't as intuitive as I'd hoped. The delivery itself was a bit later than the estimated window, arriving about an hour past the latest time given. It wasn't a huge deal, but it did make me check my watch a few times. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay. Good product, just wish delivery was more precise.

Got a hamper for my friend

I got a 'gourmet hamper' for my friend's housewarming last week. The website was pretty easy to figure out, and it had a good selection. I picked the one with cheese and crackers. It got delivered in about 2 days, and my friend was super happy with it. She said everything inside looked really nice and fresh. Overall, it was a chill experience, nothing complicated, which is what I like. Felt good knowing it arrived and she liked it.

Smooth experience, lovely flowers

I ordered a 'rose bouquet' for my wife's birthday, selecting the standard size. The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was straightforward. Delivery to Kowloon took 4 days, which was within the estimated timeframe they provided. The flowers arrived well-packaged and in excellent condition, fresh and vibrant. My wife loved them. I didn't need to contact customer support, so I can't comment on that, but based on this purchase, I would definitely use Far East Flora HK again for special occasions. The quality for the price felt very fair.
